PROJECT BRIEFING IIBy Mr. Khalid bin DerisJabatan Teknologi Maklumat & KomunikasiDOCUMENTATION GUIDELINESThis section describes the documentation guidelines for manual Final Year Project as described in previous section. These guidelines must be strictly followed by the final year students and supervised lecturers.

Submission Portfolio + Log Book to SupervisorSubmission report includes User Manual: 1- department + 1 CD * only selected best group project to be submitted1- supervisor + 1 CD1- library * only selected best group project to be submitted1- student - optionalCD Content : Report combine word, Report combine pdf, Report separate pdf, Report separate word, System (source file, exe file, full system), Poster and Brochure.

Evaluation in Week 14.All submission should be in last day (Friday) of Week 16 .

FORMATINGThe cover for all proposal, report and documentation must contain the project title, author names, registration number, department name, polytechnic name and session of study. Click HereFORMATINGAll tables, charts, figures, and graphs should be numbered and have titles. Both the number and the title should be centered either directly above or directly below the table. The numbering must be related to the Chapter. For example: Figure 2.4 : The interface of CIDOS system.

Final Year Project Report must be written in not more than 100 pages length. It only considered text EXCLUDING front page, appendix and references.FORMATINGReport cover must be Buckram (hardcover), gold printing and 14 Arial font face.
