COMBINATION (FORMS/RULES/RATES SUBMITTED IN ONE FILING) FILINGS

• Please use “Policy Form” or “Endorsement” as the main filing type, when submitting forms/endorsements, manual rules, and/or rates in one filing.

• List all filing types being filed in Item #1 {Description of filing…} of the State-Specific Fields tab.

• This applies to reference and non-reference filings.

• Using forms/endorsements as the main filing type alerts TDI that the filing includes this information for the deemer provision.

• Using manual rule or rate as main filing type when also submitting forms/endorsements in one filing is incorrect.

MULTI-PERIL AND DUAL FILINGS• A Dual filing is a monoline filing for a line of insurance that

may also be used with the insurer's multi-peril policy without having to submit a separate multi-peril filing.

• Item #6 {Dual Filing} is completed [when applicable] when the filing is submitted with a monoline insurance line.

• TDI requires “Yes” or “No” wording and previously approved/accepted Multi-Peril TDI#, Link#(State Tracking#).

• Do not put a monoline TDI#/Link#(State Tracking#), the SERFF Tracking#, or your company tracking#.

• Do not include information in Item #6 {Dual Filing} when the filing is already being submitted as a Multi-Peril (Commercial or Personal) filing.
