COVID-19

State and County emergency proclamations and rules were put in place for prevention of further spreading the virus. The resort complied with the rules and curfew, rescheduling, or banking arrivals for the remainder of March, April, and May.

Our associates continue to work maintaining the resort in preparation for your return. Engineering can complete projects that were slow going previously since occupancy is always high. Housekeeping is deep cleaning the units in preparation for your return when the world rights itself.

We are all doing well and look forward to your return home to our island paradise.

Alii: Replaced the stove in unit 1201 with a stainless-steel range. Engineering is about 90 % complete with install of the separate outlet dedicated for portable AC in the Alii one bedroom.

Banyan: Banyan Executive Suites received the new triple sheet look

Guest Bedroom Master Bedroom.

Coral: Coral kitchen and bath cabinets in progress- 18 units complete.

Engineering replaced the East & West Banyan trash chute vents on the Banyan buidling.

Landscaping thinnned out the larger Traveling Palms on the backside of the Alii building. These palms were to large to maintain.

Engineering completed repainting the garage “LBR Coral BLDG parking only” plaques to read

“Lawai Beach Resort Parking only”.

Engineerign replaced the Banyan pool expansion joints due to wear and tear. The old expansion joints had visible cracks.

Landscaping removed the herb garden. We will look at modifying or relacting the garden.

Completed installation of new automatid soap dispenor for washer one and two.

Air Conditioning was installed in the Alii conference room.

Kauai Fire Protection installed the dry standipe & monumnet for the Coral East side.

Kauai Electric replaced the remainig fuses

Honu center and Rooftop center entry doors were retrofitted with the new lock system.

Engineering painted the Coral pool pump house and the electrical room outside unit 3105
