Proposal Part 2: Interactive Workshop
2014
Prepared March 2014NU Integration Team
NU Integration | Northeastern University
Proposal Part 2: Interactive Workshop
Purpose
We at NU Integration propose that educational workshops on how to use the new interactive InFocus smart projector should be held as a continuation of the informational graphics previous developed. This workshop could include short “commercials” during morning video announcements. This type of broadcast would be beneficial in gaining public awareness of the technology and necessary interest from both the students and faculty. Gaining buy-in from the end users is imperative for a successful integration of the InFocus projectors into the classroom.
Objective
The following proposal will outline potential media/workshop ideas. Each commercial that’s developed should have an associated workshop, allowing teachers to learn how to use features in the video.
Ideas
The next several pages will contain potential commercial/workshop presentation ideas that can easily be implemented in afterschool programs or even in-school seminar based atmospheres.
