1. Currently particle count is very high (out of spec) in some
spot places.
2. There is only 1 return (grill) in AR room, it causes flow not
laminar.
3. Existing return grill is big with dimension 1240x640mm (1 for
all station).

Background :
1. Reduce particle count in AR room.2. Make flow in AR room
becomes laminar by adding some new return in some spot with
high
particle counting.
3. Adopt coating room with laminar flow into AR room.
Purpose :
1. Particle counting (in spec).
2. Laminar flow in AR room.
Target :
