− Register Doctor

− Doctor can login using user name and password

− Tabs

locate patient

− The first tab where the doctor has to select a patient (once it is selected – the patient name is

shown on the top)

− Any action done after selecting the patient will go to the patient record

− MR# (MRno) – Medical Record number is main patient identifier in doctor’s list. The same

patient at different doctors will have a different MR#. Patient information will be shared /

distributed if the patient has seen multiple doctors, so each doctor can see what other physicians

have seen the patient, what medications has been prescribed etc. MR# is system maintained

and it is automatically synchronized

− Top right icon allows user to add patient and patient information

− Then click save

Physicians

− List will show the physicians who are using this program and with whom the doctor has

common patients. On each tab doctor name and phone number is shown including current

physician

The following tabs are used to record patient specific information. You can click on each one and

add the corresponding information and save.

− Visit summary – shows lists all tabs (Allergy, Medication, Diagnosis, Vitals, Immunizations,

Procedures, Labs, Notes) in a chronological order for easy view by the doctor.

− Can print using top right icon

− Here doctors own information is added / maintained and kept. All device id connected with the

doctor are shown here.
