The much anticipated ARRB conference welcomes road and transport practitioners and researchers to join us in discussing ‘Next Generation Connectivity’. Over three days, attendees will be treated to talks from world renowned experts on:

Delegate profileThis conference will aim to bring together between 500 and 700 road and transport industry professionals. The Conference attracts a wide cross‑section of delegates, including:

■ state road and territory authority engineers, practitioners and policy makers

In 2016:

■ we welcomed representatives came from 27 countries, with over 30% of delegates coming from overseas

Exhibition areaThe exhibition area is a pivotal part of the conference. The registration desk as well as the daytime catering area located in this space, together with the Welcome Reception.

The trade exhibition will run in conjuction with the conference program and has been designed to maximise opportunities for you to showcase your business.

We encourage exhibitors to offer promotions, competitions and demonstrations to increase traffic to your stand. To assist, ARRB will host a social media check in competition with prizes on offer.

The exhibition area will be an interactive space and we welcome your suggestions on how we can further improve the experience for delegates and exhibitiors alike.

Exhibition opportunities When deciding to exhibit at the conference there are two options exhibitors can chose from:

1. Exhibition booth ‑ Syma pod package (3m x 2m)

2. Custom booth ‑ Floor space only. The space has been reserved for custom builds that require a bigger space and is located in prime positions. There are 2 sizes available.

■ priority of placement within the exhibition will be offered to major sponsors first and then sold in accordance with the receipt date of application. We ask you to nominate three preferences and we will endeavour to provide you with your preferred location.

■ there will be a preference for equipment or product displays

■ the floor plan is subject to change. The Sponsorship Coordinator retains the right to alter it if deemed necessary

■ an exhibition manual will be distributed to exhibitors approximately three months prior to the event, containing information on move‑in and move‑out times, exhibition build company, etc.

■ full payment is required prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in your exhibition stand being released again for sale.
