Our new Conveyor System is designed so that the frame structure, actuators, rollers, belts, controls, and all other elements are aligned and self-contained. Traditionally roller conveyor manufacturers build using drive heads, sprockets, couplings and even motors that are attached to or inside the rollers, creating exposed hazards and a non-contemporary look.

TRADITIONAL CONVEYOR CONSTRUCTION • Power elements (O-belts, V-belts, etc.) externally visible

and not covered – Safety hazards.

• Many cables equipped with plugs in order to plug them into the sockets of the control boxes – time consuming, expensive!

• “Spaghetti syndrome” everywhere in U- or C-profiles – high installation cost. Cables have to be fixed and connected.

• In case of accumulation, control-boxes are screwed on the U- or C-profiles – Very expensive.

• In case of long lines, there is very often a separate cable channel necessary – High extra costs.

• Photo-sensors mounted on top of the profiles means – conveyed goods can be damaged.

• Perforated steel-sheet profile with many holes - dust catcher!

• A portion of the profile is covered with a separate profile made of PVC.

• All steel profiles were painted – Claw marks are visible.

• Legs are also produced from perforated steel sheet profiles – which can fill with dust after time in use.

• Separated Guide screwed on the profiles.

PSI’S MODERN ZPC CONVEYOR DESIGN• Profiles are made of fine anodized Aluminium, which are

aesthetically pleasing, and are torsion resistant.

• The photo-sensors are mounted in a transparent and protected housing inside the profile frame.

• All drive elements are inside the closed profile frames, installed absolutely secure.

• All control-elements are also installed inside the closed profiles frames – without any tools!

• The wiring with ASi-Bus System is simple, flexible, maintenance friendly and easy and fast to install or exchange.

• The conveyor sections are completely factory assembled and tested.

• The single conveyor sections can then easily be installed at site through “pure plug-and-play”, including the electronics.

• The legs are smooth and aesthetically formed of fine anodized Aluminium.

• Nowhere are there things extruding from the conveyor, not even a screw head.

ROLLERSThe Roller Corpus with different tiresThe patented unique combinations of roller corpus can be used for nearly all applications. Rollers have internal “ridges” on the internal bore which mates to the spindles, but they can also have a round bore for gliding on the spindle for friction drive and for the usage in curves.

The C156 / C 157 Roller Corpus is made of pure polyamide (PA) and can otherwise be used as C100 – together with C164 / C165 as a cover open and cover with spacer tube.

The standard Roller Design, C110 and C111, can be used as a single, double or full-width multiblock-roller. It is made of a special Polyamide (PA)which is soft covered with a tire of Polyurethane (PU) in a hardness of 90 shore OO, in middle-grey color. This creates a uniquely smooth and quiet operation, which also protects the goods during transportation.

The outside forms can be also different for different applications. C130 - is for transporting up and down. It has the form of an equivalent belt.

These forms - C120, C121, C122 - are for transporting sensitive goods, like glass, solar panels, television or sensitive furniture.

STANDARD CONFIGURATIONS The outside diameter is always 50mm (1.97") and the bore for the spindle is 15mm (0.59"). Roller pitch for a system can be: 40mm (1.57"), 55mm (2.16"), 75mm (2.95"), 110mm (4.33")

Standard conveyor widths: 425mm (16.7"), 525mm (20.6"), 625mm (24.6"), 725mm (28.5").

Any width is possible from 325mm (12.7”) to 1000mm (39.4”) – as well as other custom widths, based on the application.

Systems can be supplied with “Belt on Roller” for straight sections. System does not require “Tapered roller” for the curved sections.

“KEEP IT MOVING” – IN ANY DIRECTION!As with all conveyor lines, switches and crossings are necessary in order to transport the goods into any desired direction within the whole distribution center or logistics fulfilment center. Sorting, controlling, distributing and conveying is constantly and everywhere required.

A modular “all-around” patented solution solves the problem for you by diverting to the right or left at any predetermined angle. This OTU (Omnidirectional Transfer Units) transports everything quickly and precisely into any direction as you decide on switches or transfers or crossings.

Curves, switches, crossings, right or left, up-and-down, sideways... All this is possible with the same platform, elements and the same system. No extra tapered rollers for curves, no extra idlers, drum-motors or gear-motors and no special frames are necessary.

This Zone Powered Roller Conveyor allows you to build and control it all – in any direction – with the same control system. Beyond question, this ZPC-System is versatile. There are no pneumatic cylinders and no compressed air required.
