Discussion: water testing, prelimi-nary budget submitted, cement blocks sold, Operation Prairie Dog, Face Book page to promote Goodrich, business possibilities, old city blade, water main project.

No further business, motion made, seconded, and carried to adjourn.

bly passed House Bill 1002, the appro-priation bill for the judicial branch, which included a new district judgeship for the South Central Judicial District. The bill was signed by Governor Burgum and was eff ective July 1, 2019. The Court preliminarily considered the matter, and

[2] ORDERED, in contemplation of chambering the new judgeship in the South Central Judicial District in Man-dan, North Dakota, the Supreme Court will use the procedure in N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 7.1 to accept comments re-garding this matter. Any person wishing to comment on the matter may do so in writing no later than August 1, 2019.

[3] It is anticipated the Supreme Court will receive a report discussing

Legalsthe factors under N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 7.1, Section 4, for the South Central Judicial District from the Court Adminis-trator for Unit 3.
