Vide our letter dated 28.04.2020 we had intimated about partial resumption of Operations at our three Plants. We further inform that the Company has now been granted co nditional permission by the concerned government aut horities and from 7th May 2020 our Plants located at Chakan (Pune, Maharashtra), Sanand (Gujarat) and Hosur (Tamil Nadu) w il l resume operations gradually based on customer demand after fo ll owing a ll requisite guidel in es to adhere to the National Directives for COVID-19 management, following the Standard Operating Procedure of social distancing, tak ing preventive measures for health, hygiene, sani tat ion etc. at workplace to ensure the safety and wellbeing of a ll w orkers and employees. It is too early to en vi sage the financial impact of this temporary disruption of manufacturing operations at a ll Plants of the Company . Its im pact wi ll be ascertained in due course based on the culmination of this pandemic outbreak of COVID-19. This is for your information and record. Sub: Intimation of partial resumption of Plant Operations

Ref : Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir I Madam,

We refer to our letters dated 23.03.2020 and 25.03.2020 regarding closure of production and

office operations of the Company at all its facilities in view of the lockdown directions passed

by the Central and Local Government all over India to prevent and contain the spread of Novel

Coronavirus (COVID19).

Vide our letter dated 28.04.2020 we had intimated about partial resumption of Operations at

our three Plants. We further inform that the Company has now been granted conditional

permission by the concerned government authorities and from 7th May 2020 our Plants located

at Chakan (Pune, Maharashtra), Sanand (Gujarat) and Hosur (Tamil Nadu) wil l resume

operations gradually based on customer demand after following all requ isite guidel ines to

adhere to the National Directives for COVI D-19 management, following the Standard

Operating Procedure of social distancing, taking preventive measures for health, hygiene,

sanitation etc. at workplace to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all workers and employees.

It is too early to envisage the financial impact of this temporary disruption of manufacturing

operations at all Plants of the Company. Its impact will be ascertained in due course based on

the cu lmination of this pandemic outbreak of COVID-19.
