Provision of inspection assistance services to enable the sites to execute works as per client requirement. Ensure better quality standards of the works by consistent monitoring of the process and proper production sequence.

Ensure the subcontractors are in compliance with their own Quality Systems and FAST Quality Assurance & Control plan.

Liaise with the Quality representative of the client and CJV.

Carry out phased inspections of preparatory inspections, initial inspections and follow-up inspections as specified.

Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans are properly implemented.

Prepare Non Conformance Reports, report to responsible person and follow-up for close out.

Help to maintain and issue Quality Control and inspection records.

Assist in the verification that contract close out documentation is prepared as necessary.

Check the works in their area of responsibility for compliance with the specifications.

Prepare Inspection Requests and respond to them in a timely manner, in order to be approved and closed. Ensure there are no ambiguities in the agreed standards to be achieved, i.e., workmanship, benchmarks, material samples, etc.

Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and report to the QA/QC Manager in the issues related to non-conformance (NCR) & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site.

Assist the QA/QC Engineer\Manager in preparation of all related quality documents such as ITPs & Method Statements.

Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests. Conduct quality awareness meetings & inductions for project engineers, site engineers & other construction staffs.

To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings.
