Therefore, management wanted to review all core processes with everyone involved to make sure all processes and everyone’s role was exactly clear.

Together with EBS management we started to define the Business Model, frameworks and priorities. Subsequently, process owners and stakeholders were determined and trained in the RASCI-method©.Using the INBISCO Process Manager and IRIS workflow tooling to publish information.

A complete new EBS business management system was developed and digitally unlocked for all involved. The collaboration has improved because more clarity and understanding has been created about what people can expect from each other.In addition it was easy to meet both internal HES as well as external certification requirements.
