    Make sure all the inputs from ML are available whether in mail or ericoll

    link. 5

    Acquire site list with carrier/UARFCN information, layer management

    strategy 3

    Fetch all log files and all the Input data(Cellref,Logfiles,Map files,Carrier info) 5

    Make sure scanner was set to correct frequencies/UARFCNs during the drive 5

    Make sure market specific LM template is used. 5

    Verify Actix Settings 5

    Verify the database as well as drive test parameters are correct 5

    Communicate with ML to get the necessary inputs. 5

    Highlight any critical issues (such as kit Issue, UE in idle mode most of the

    time, GPS issue, wrong freq scan or sites not transmitting etc) for possible

    immediate redrive. 5Highlight all Hardware issues (such as alarms, RSSI, VSWR etc) 5

    Report swapped feeders and any non transmitting site 5

    Get final acceptence from ML for the report. In case of rework, finish it and

    complete the report promptly. 5

    Setup the tool for analysis with correct data 5

    Ensure report contain Measurement plots. 5

    Ensure report contain Individual SC Plot 5

    Ensure report contain Event Analysis, 5

    Ensure report contain Pilot Pollution analysis 5
