Aqua Lung Scuba Systems for Fire Fighters

No matter what you are interested in: respiratory protection or recreational diving - with the Aqua Lung integrated scuba systems you will certainly master your diving mission.

With our diving equipment you have the choice between different component assemblies to fit the scuba system to your needs and the requirements of the local diving conditions. Aqua Lung provides you with first-class customised equipment solutions.

You have the choice between 230 bar and 300 bar single or double cylinder apparatus, several full face masks, warning devices, regulators and buoyancy devices. Safety is our first priority for all components. Each component assembly has been certified according to EN250 or EN1809. Furthermore, the complete diving apparatus has been approved and certified by the GERMANISCHER LLOYD (EC type examination certificate 43611-02 HH 26/02/02 incl. five addenda and two extensions).

To comply with vfdb0803, the complete diving apparatus was thoroughly tested by the professional fire brigade of the city of Essen and modified to meet the technical requirements of professional fire fighters. On 30 June 2008, DEKRA EXAM GmbH, specialist department for respiratory protection in Essen, issued the corresponding certificate no. 5465/08/1-TG after successful testing. This certificate approves the compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with the vfdb guideline 0803:2001, “Guidelines for the selection of autonomous diving apparatus with compressed air for the use by fire brigades” (www.wde.bg-exam.de - see downloads, in German).

Our scuba systems also comply with the following national or European guidelines/norms:BGV C23 Accident prevention regulation for diving workPDV 415 Working rules for policesFWDV 8 Working rules for fire brigadesvfdb 0803 “Guidelines for the selection of autonomous diving apparatus with compressed air for
