The quarry is located at a distance of 7 km to the city center of Iskenderun, In our quarry, non-stop operation can be performed for 365 days of the year thanks to the availability of the climate conditions, our machine park and the required equipment. The quarry is in 8 km dis-tance to both Highway and Train Station and 200 km to Mersin Sea Port. Black marble (Alexandrette Black), Foggy Brown marble (Bruno Perla) and Oro Venato are produced in the quarry. All the psychical and chemical analyses are approved by the University of Çukurova.

The marble blocks produced in our region are used in various projects due to the wide reserves, continuity and rapid production in our quarry.

The marble blocks are produced under the supervi-sion of our experienced and specialized team mem-bers through using the high-tech work machines in our quarry equipped with modern facilities and infrastruc-ture utilities.

Our marble factory, located in 5000 m2 closed area on a land of 15 decares in Nardüzü District in Iskenderun, started production in September 2009. Our factory has a full-automated system, equipped with the high technol-ogy machines.Our slab line, 2 units of Gang-Saws (Simec+Barsanti Machine) 14 headed Slab Polishing Line (Breton), full-automate Resin Line (Simec), 2 Block Cutter (Ergenler), 1 Strip Polishing line 14 headed (MKS), 1 strip cutting

line (MKS) and 1 Tunnel Resin Line (Kromaş) and 2 unit of Bridge cut (Breton). Our annual slab capacity is 300.000 m2.With our team colleagues who are experienced in their field, we have been producing with international high quality standards, without making concession from qual-ity. The distance of the factory from the marble quarry is about 15 km, and it has connection with the highway. Our factory holds ISO 9001 and CE certificates.

Davut Panel ve Sac San. Tic. A.Ş. olarak, Adana Hacı Sabancı Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde 2011 yılının Mayıs ayında Poliüretan Dolgulu Sandviç Panel fabrikamızın temelini attık.

Trapez Levha üretimidir.Yönetim Kurulumuzun inşaat sektöründeki bilgi ve tecrübelerini, sanayileşme ve üretime verdikleri özenle

birleştirmesi sonucu alanlarında tecrubeli ve bilgili ekip arkadaşlarımızın olduğu Poliüretan Sandviç Panel fabrikasını kurarak yurt içi ve yurt dışı sanayicilere en kaliteli ve hızlı şekilde izolasyonlu panelleri hizmete

As Davut Panel ve Sac San. Tic. A.Ş., we laid the foundations of our Polyurethane-Filled Sandwich Panel factory in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone in May, 2011.

In a short period of 1 year, we started to operate in a 10.000 m2 closed area and 540 m2 administration building which were established over a 35 acres area in June, 2012. Our company’s base was found in Adana due to its proximity to the ports located

in Mersin and Adana-Dörtyol region and rapidly developing industry of Adana and Osmaniye. The field of our work is the production of Polyurethane Sandwich Panel with the annual capacity of 2,5 million squaremeter and also

Trapeziodal Sheet.Our Board of Directors established the Polyurethane Sandwich Panel factory where our experienced and knowledgable team-mates

work and put highest quality insulated panels at the disposal of domestic and foreign industrialists in the fastest way by integrating their knowledge and experiment with the attention they pay to industrialization and production.

Sandviç Panel, iki kat boyalı galvaniz sac veya alüminyum lev-ha arasına muhtelif kalınlık ve yoğunlukta poliüretan enjeksi-yon uygulanarak imal edilen kompozit çatı ve cephe kaplama malzemesidir.

Yüzey kaplaması olarak kullanılan estetik malzemelerdir. Çatı, cephe ve soğuk oda paneli olarak ayrılırlar. Sandviç Pa-neller, montaj kolaylığı ve aksesuar seçenekleri ile yapılarda alternatif çözümler sunan üstün nitelikte çatı ve cephe kapla-ma ürünleridir. Sandviç Panel kullanıldığı alanlarda oldukça üst seviyede ısı, su ve ses yalıtımı sağlar, yapılarda sıva ve boya gibi kaplamalara ihtiyaç bırakmaz.

Alt ve üst yüzeyler de kullanılan galvanizli sac, Coil Coating teknolojisi ile boyanmaktadır. Bu teknoloji, panellerin dış or-tam koşulların da uzun yıllar boyunca korozyona dayanıklı ve çeşitli renk seçeneklerine sahip olmasını sağlar. Panel üre-timinde değişik kalınlıkta yalıtım dolgusu, alüminyum ve sac kullanımı, farklı taşıyıcı sistemlere ve yapılara adapte olabilen malzeme seçenekleri sunmaktadır. Sandviç panel’de yalıtım malzemesi öncelikli poliüretan sonra da taş yünü ve polys-trendir ( EPS ). Boyalı metallerde Polyester, PVDF, Plastisöl ve poliüretan boya çeşitlerinden biri kullanılmaktadır. Genelde, Sandviç Paneller için metallerde uygulanan standart boya çe-şidi polyester boyadır.

Polyester Boyalı Sac 0,50 mm kalınlıkta ve üst yüzeyi 25 mik-ron polyester esaslı boya ile boyanmış, iç yüzeyi ise astar bo-yalı galvaniz sactır.

Sandviç Panel, projelere uygun boylarda üretilmesinden do-layı montaj kolaylığı sağlar aynı zamanda fire vermeden çatı ve cephelerin kaplanmasında etkin olur. Düşük ağırlık yüksek taşıma kapasitesine sahiptir.Kullanıldığı yerler; Sanayi yapıları, şantiye yapıları ( kontey-nırlar ), tavuk çiftlikleri, soğuk oda depoları, alışveriş merkez-leri, silolar, zirai yapılar ve spor tesisleri gibi taşıyıcı sistemi çelik ve prefabrike beton olan yapılarda tercih edilir.

What is Sandwich Panel? Sandwich Panel is a composite roof and facade clad-ding material produced by applying polyurethane in-

jection in various thickness betwe-en double-dyed galvanized sheet or aluminum pla-te.It is an aesthetic material used for surface cladding. They are sepera-ted as roof, faca-de and cold room panels. Sand-wich Panels are superior roof and facade cladding materials provi-ding alternative

solutions on buildings thanks to ease of installation and accessory options they offer.Galvanized sheet used on upper and lower surfaces is painted by Coil Coating technology. This technology provides the panels to be corrosion-resistant under outdoor conditions for many years and to have diffe-rent color options. Using insulation filler, aluminum and metal sheet in panel production offers material options that can be adopted on different carrier systems and buildings. The basic insulation material used in sand-wich panels is polyurethane, in addition stone wool and polystrene are also used. On painted metals, one of the paint types among Polyester, PVDF, Plastisol and pol-yurethane paints is used. Generally, the standard paint type applied on Sandwich Panels is polyester paint.

Bunlar; - Rulo Açıcılar ve Roll-Form ( Alt ve Üst Sac Şekillendiriciler ) Üniteleri - Poliüretan Enjeksiyonu( Traverse ) ve Presleme ( Laminatör ) Ma-kinesi - Otomatik ( Şerit Testere – Disk ) Boy Kesme Makinesi ve Devir-me, Paketleme Ünitesi Rulo saclar roll formlarda şekillendirilerek, ön ısıtıcılardan sonra arasına poliüretan ( ISO + POL ) enjekte edilerek pres makinesine girer daha sonra da istenilen boy ebatlarında kesilerek otomatik pa-ketlemeden geçerek ambalajlanır ve sevkiyata hazır hale gelir. Sacın, Poliüretan ile temasını arttırarak daha mukavemetli bir yapış-ma yüzeyi sağlayacak özel ekipmanlara hattımızda yer verilmiştir.

Production Our Polyurethane Sandwich Panel line is a full-automatic continuous line with latest technology machines.It consists of 3 stages. These are; - Decoilers and Roll-Forming Units ( Lower and Upper Plate Forming Units ) - Polyurethane Injection ( Traverse ) and Pressing ( Laminator ) Machine - Automatic ( Band-saw – Disc ) Cut-to-Length Machine and Tilting – Packaging Unit Plates coiled on rolls are formed on roll-forming units; after the pre-heater units polyurethane (ISO + POL) is injected between them and they enter to pressing machine; and finally they are cut in desired lenghts, packaged automatically and prepared for delivery. Speci-al equipments that provide a more durable adherance surface by increasing polyurethane contact with the sheet are included in our production line.
