#2. Rep. Stickland requested and received reimbursement from taxpayers for round trip driving fromAustin to his House District leaving on 4/5/13 and returning on 4/8/13. Taxpayers paid Rep. Stickland$198.70 for 397.4 miles driven in a personal car. However, his campaign finance report shows he also paid campaign volunteers for gas in the amount of $102.00 on 4/5/13. Rep. Stickland was notinvolved in a political campaign at the time of this expenditure.

#4. Rep. Stickland requested and received reimbursement from taxpayers for round trip driving fromAustin to his House District leaving on 6/17/13 and returning on 6/19/13. Taxpayers paid Rep.Stickland $198.70 for 397.4 miles driven in personal car. However, it appears Rep. Stickland neverleft Austin. His campaign finance report shows he reimbursed himself out of campaign funds in theamount of $143.43 for a dinner purchased at Trudy’s in Austin on 6/17/13. His campaign financereport shows he again reimbursed himself out of campaign funds for a $62.00 dinner purchased at

Trudy’s in Austin on 6/18/13. Mr. Stickland also appeared on an internet talk show via webcam fromhis capitol office in Austin on 6/18/13 when his reimbursement request said he was in the HouseDistrict. See below for the visual of the webcam interview. Despite all evidence that would suggesthe was in Austin on these dates, Rep. Stickland still reimbursed himself with campaign funds in theamount of $59.07 for gas purchased in the district on 6/18/13.
