I. Yu cu i vi bi lun v d nh nghin cu ca th sinh d tuyn:Bi lun v d nh nghin cu cn phn nh tr tu, nhng im mn

tch cc ca ngi vit, trnh by bng mt vn phong trong sng, r rng, qcung cp mt hnh nh r nt v th sinh, vi nhng thng tin mi m (khnli nhng thng tin c th thy trong h s nh kt qu hc tp, nghin culun di 3 - 4 trang, gm nhng ni dung chnh sau y:

1. L do la chn ti, lnh vc nghin cu.2. Mc tiu v mong mun t c khi ng k i hc nghin cu sinh.3. L do la chn c s o to (ni th sinh ng k d tuyn).4. Nhng d nh v k hoch t c nhng mc tiu mong mun.5. Kinh nghim (v nghin cu, v thc t, hot ng x hi v ngoi

4. Quy trnh thc hin nh sau:1. Sau khi ht thi gian nhn h s ca th sinh d xt tuyn NCS, Phng

H&SH chuyn h s cho Ban th k Hi ng tuyn sinh x l h s d t2. Ban th k lp danh sch trch ngang cng bn ph t cc giy t cn thit t

h s ca th sinh iu kin d tuyn n cc Khoa chuyn ngnh. Trng

chuyn ngnh cn c vo h s, chuyn ngnh v hng nghin cu ca th xut cc Tiu ban chuyn mn v thnh vin ca tng tiu ban chuyn mntuyn NCS (theo iu 13), Trng khoa lin h vi cc thnh vin trong Tiu( ngh tham gia) trc khi gi danh sch cho Phng t chc cn b trnh tch Hi ng tuyn sinh quyt nh.

3. Sau khi c Q thnh lp cc tiu ban chuyn mn xt tuyn NCS, Ban th kQ ti cc Khoa chuyn ngnh; Trng Khoa chuyn ngnh c trch nhim th bo ti cc Trng tiu ban chuyn mn v cc thnh vin trong tiu ban tnht ngy gi xt tuyn theo lch tuyn sinh (t ngy 29/03 n 09/04/2010) vli cho Ban th k Hi ng tuyn sinh bng vn bn.

4. Trc 15 ngy tnh n ngy xt tuyn, Ban th k Hi ng tuyn sinh gitriu tp ti cc th sinh d tuyn (thng bo v thi gian, a im, l ph dtuyn).

5. Trc ngy xt tuyn, Th k ca cc Tiu ban chuyn mn n Phng oH&SH nhn ti H s xt tuyn ca tng th sinh.

6. Quy trnh xt tuyn NCS (trch iu 14):Thnh vin tiu ban chuyn mn xt tuyn NCS:+ H s d xt tuyn (kt qu hc tp, trnh ngoi ng, thnh tch NCKH,nghim chuyn mn, cht lng bi lun, kin ng h trong th gii thiu).

+ Th sinh trnh by v d nh nghin cu v k hoch thc hin trc ban chuyn mn xt tuyn NCS.+ Cc thnh vin tiu ban v i biu tham d trc tip t cu hi v trao i vsinh v c vn bn nhn xt, nh gi phn loi th sinh v cc ni dung (xem phPh lc II)+ Cn c cc yu cu nh gi, tiu ban chuyn mn xy dng thang im nhtng hp kt qu nh gi ca cc thnh vin, lp danh sch th sinh xp th tim nh gi t cao xung thp, xp loi th sinh theo mc xut sc, kh t bnh hoc khng tuyn v chuyn kt qu cng h s ca th sinh v Ban th kng tuyn sinh.

+ Ban th k Hi ng tuyn sinh c trch nhim kim tra li h s d tuyn, ckt qu xp loi xt tuyn cho Hi ng tuyn sinh.7. Chm nht sau 20 ngy k t ngy xt tuyn Trng HTL s cng b danh

th sinh trng tuyn NCS.8. Ban th k Hi ng tuyn sinh gi giy bo triu tp th sinh trng tuyn

th sinh.

9. Sau khi th sinh trng tuyn nhp hc, Trng HTL ra Q cng nhn nghinsinh, ti nghin cu (nu xc nh), chuyn ngnh, ngi hng dn, Khoa, bqun l chuyn mn v thi gian o to ca NCS.
