Harinder Singh is the Founder-Chairman and the Managing Director of Realistic Realtors. Known for his indomitable attitude and entrepreneurial vision, he has carved RRPL as a name synonymous with professional consultancy solutions in the real estate sector. His consistent attempt to excel in a complex and challenging milieu is one of the major reasons for the emergence of Realistic Realtors as leading real estate consultancy.

Due to his experience and sharp business acumen, Harinder brings more passion and energy into the organization, and believes that "hands-on" approach towards all spheres of Realistic Realtors business has helped the company reach the pinnacles. He has successfully transcended several facilities for the business well being - a testament to the loyalty and expectation that RRPL has in him.

The able Managing Director, an institution in himself, is committed to create a culture that identifies Realistic Realtors’ motto of "Promise of Professionalism" with its people, clients and associates. Pankaj Jain, the J.M. Director of Realistic Realtors, has contributed significantly in the development process and estimation of projects and most importantly promoting the cause of 'Transaction Management' – through sincere efforts that amalgamate marketing with infrastructure advisory. He has been a great help by extending his support towards brand management and visual communication of the company. Pankaj, an MBA by qualification, is known for his intelligent and innovative ideas and also for his firm faith in achieving them. During his initial years with Realistic Realtors, his direct involvement in Leasing and Investment advisory bestowed numerous renowned brands and associations to our portfolio.

With tenure of over 11 years with Realistic Realtors, Pankaj has been an integral part of our business unit. During his term, he has been consistently involved in questing for new initiatives in the company. This also includes the assimilation and process setting for Transaction Management, the management of marketing initiatives on behalf of a client. His knowledge, experience and deliveries in the Real Estate sector are an inspiration for many in the organization.

Key Personnel

John Thomas, Regional Director of RRPL has shown excellence in key performances to all major Corporate Firms across the North India territory. His game theory with Realistic Realtors has helped the business flourish across many cities in this region and increase the client base too. As a result of his consistent success in transactions, John now heads the Noida Operations in the NCR region.

His professional affiliation with the real estate sector began with Realistic Realtors in the year 2000. With his thorough knowledge on the Indian Real Estate Business, John has been the reason for getting MNCs, Banks and other Financial Corporates as our clients. John has undoubtedly provided invaluable contribution to our business and has been influential in executing his strategies and delivering results in all professional ties. In this role, he works with individual clients on their market entry strategies and space requirements as well as facilitates smoother process of every transaction.

Manu has been supporting the management team of Realistic Realtors with the development of the business and the team. In his 6 year tenure, his prime area of focus has been Corporate Leasing, but his involvement is immense in unfolding business ideas and executing various financial strategies.

Manu, having spent over 5 productive years with the RPG Group, has shown a lot of supremacy in his marketing and negotiation skills which has indeed benefited us as well. With a very positive mind-set and a jovial personality that he is, Manu endeavors to provide superior service to all our clients. Under his supervision client satisfaction is second to none. He masters the art of designing transaction itineraries and promises flawlessness by his operational team. Personally equipped in consideration of every customer’s prerequisites and he guarantees that property leasing process is carried with extreme care and responsibility. He has also channelized expansion plans for MNC's, Banks and other Financial Corporates in the Northern India region.

Krishna- Head, Corporate Service Group at RRPL  has a vast  experience of over 2 decades in areas of Real Estate Infrastructure set-up and Management, Project Management, Business Analysis and Procurement across various sectors like United Nations, Hospitality, BPO, IT / ITES, Service industry, Airline industry and NBFC / Insurance sector. Krishna is a project planner and Facility manager with vast experience in planning, executing, managing and spearheading various projects on a Pan India basis. He has hardcore experience in start up operations and real estate infrastructure setup, having been involved in a few start ups such as Interglobe Technologies, Indigo Airlines and a Founder Member team of DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Limited. With his vast experience in the corporate sector and managing the real estate verticals of his previous organisations, Krishna brings to the table the corporate perspective and strategic insight to take RRPL to the next level.

Jas Simran Singh, chairs the Investments team for the company and brings wealth of knowledge and experience of more than a decade with him. His supremacy in domains like Corporate Banking heading the Real Estate Portfolio & Media Entertainment in HDFC Bank along with e-commerce and Cash Management Services has led him to settle new benchmarks for his peers. He is one of the very few dynamic personalities who could achieve exponential growth in their career with consistent performance and hardwork. Since the beginning of his stint with Realistic Realtors, he has been very instrumental in ensuring that the frontier of the vision and mission of RR attains the greatest heights. His relationship with the Developers, Channel partners and HNI’s gives added advantage to his strong team in getting brilliant deals from the industry. His successful engrossment in arenas like transaction management, investment advisory and his talent to spearhead the vertical of Investments inspires one and all to believe that there exists a one man army. He has been instrumental in setting up a new office for Investments in Gurgaon which will be only involved in Fresh bookings. His go getter attitude has empowered him to surpass all expectations and is looked upon as an idol.
