2. Preference for allocat ion of region(s) was sought vide this office letter F.No. HRD/CM/127/15/2016-

17/8478 dated 12.01.2016 but your preference in this regard has not been received yet. Out of 587 dossiers to

received from Staff Selection Commission, till date S73 dossiers has been received .

3. Region-wise allotment to the recommended candidates is to be decided on the basis of merit -cum-

preference, subject to availability of vacancy in the particular region.

4. In view of the above, I am directed to call fo r your preference(s) again for allocat ion of region . The

names of candidates whose dossiers have been received but option has not been rece ived as on date is as per

Annexure-I attached to this letter. The names of the candidate whose dossiers have not yet been received and

their option forms also not received as on da te is as per Annexure-lI letler to the ca ndidates of Annexure- II wi ll

be sent as soon as the dossiers are being received in this office.

5. You are required to indicate your preference(s) in the enclosed proforma. which must be duly fi lled/

completed in all respects, and send by speed/ registered post! courie r, so as to reach this office by 20.02.2017

in the absence of receipt of your preference(s), allocation would be decided as per discretion of t he Competent

Authority and exigencies of the Department.
