Over varni- shability intervals set between 12 and 36 hours. Anything beyond this limit would require proper F Additive sanding. Do not apply with temperatures below 5°C. ROLLER High quality rollers only. PENNELLO To be used in small areas or for small repair works. We recommend the use of professio- nal grade brushes only. MIXING AND DILUTION MIXING Mechanically mix component A, B and the colorant paste (comp.C) separately. Subsequently, pour the colorant C paste in the Part A container, paying close attention to pick up any residual traces; part A and C must be perfectly mixed. Ultimately, slowly pour part B in the colored part A container. Mixing will be complete after about 2 minu- tes of agitation and, in any case, whenever the final mix reached chromatic homoge- neity. We suggest using the product’s full content and not partially. MIX RATIO In weight: Part A (base): 80% Part B (hardener): 20% DILUTION Typically not required POT LIFE 4 hrs at 20° C Less at higher temperatures. FEATURES Liquid state application, solvent based epoxy resin protective coating formula. CARACHTERISTICS Industrial grade Epoxy resin film coating, particularly indicated in anti carbonation floor coatings (bridges, viaducts, sports cen- ters, etc.) in general concrete installments. Also used as covering layer in anti corrosive cycles in steel manufacturing. COLOR Neutral. TINT Color chart. Supplied separately as C attachment. APPEARANCE Clear. SUBSTRATE Can be used in either pre treated resin sur- faces or in already water or solvent based epoxy or polyurethane primer floorings. FINISH Typically not required. COVERAGE One or two 150-200 g/mq single ayers usual- ly recommended, corresponding to a dry thickness of 60-80 μm. SOLID CONT. in weight: 64 % (± 1) in volume: 48 % (± 1) NOMINAL YIELD 4-5 mq/kg. In estimating the necessary material quanti- ties one must also consider all potential wa- ste often generated in both the mixing and pose phases. VOC Of supply: ~ 110 g/l Colorato (10% in weight): 110 g/l These are nominal values and might slightly differ based on color type. SCREED PREPARATION GENERALITIES All treated surfaces must be clean, oil, grea- se and chemical free and in perfect structu- ral conditions. This includes floor evenness and maintenance. Should any of the above requirements not be met, consequent soil in- terventions would then be necessary. NOVOPOX 72 S Film Primer Concrete support

Insufficient ventilation or low temperature conditions will require hi-gher times of polymerization and might cause trapping of solvents. As a result, premature coating deterioration might occur.

Excessive surface humidity or condensation during polymerization will severely hinder the cross-linking process and must then be avoided.

Should covering time be exceeded, surface will need to be mechani-cally sanded before applying any additional layers.
