• Chinese Equestrian Association was founded in 1979.

• Chinese Equestrian Association is the highest authority

management institutions to guide the national sports items related

to the horse.

• It’s the only national equestrian and horse related sports association

Chinese government admits. Chinese Equestrian Association,

headquartered in Beijing, is the highest equestrian management

institutions in China.

and horseback sports.

• Association headquarters is located in Beijing.

Association: show jumping, dressage, three-day event,

The supreme law of Chinese sports

The law explicitly stipulated that the management of sports competitions should be classified as follow by the department in charge of sports:

– 1. The national comprehensive-sports events should be managed by the administrative department for physical culture and sports itself under the The State Council of the People's Republic of China or by the administrative department for physical culture and sports under the The State Council of the People's Republic of China along with the relevant organization.

– 2. National competitions of an individual sport should be managed by the national association of the sport.

The international sports events held in Chinese mainland are divided

into categories of A, B, C

Category A： includes international comprehensive-sports events

like Olympic Game, Asian Game，world championship, World Cup,

Asian championship, Asian Cup and international sports meetings,

related procedures of these kind of events should be managed by the

General Administration of Sport of China. And some special

international events need to apply for bid or undertake should

approved by the General Administration of Sport of China.

The international sports events held in Chinese mainland are divided into

categories of A, B, C

Category B： includes events held by sports association that should be

reported to the international sports organizations,these kind of events should

be approved by the relevant department of General Administration of Sport

of China.

Category C： refers to international sport event held by local governments.

Being part of the foreign affairs of the province,such events should be

approved by the local people's governments after obtaining the permission

of the relevant sport center under General Administration of Sport of China,

and the sport center should be the guidance of the event.

The law also stipulates that the national sports association of an

individual sport should manage the promotion and the development

of the sport, and should participate in relevant international individual

sports organizations representing China.
