Responsibilities Providing support to the telecom clients over the globe which are clients of Ericsson

which includes Incident/Problem Management and Change/Configuration Management, under predefined SLA’s, OLA’s.

Participation in various conference calls, meeting related Project works, interaction with Global customers/Clients for resolving their concerns.

Assisting in Change, Incident & Problem Management in support of the global Ericsson

network security infrastructure & the connectivity to the outside world, consisting of Ericsson partners, vendors and the Internet.

As a member of the Network Security Fulfillment team, handling day to day configuration & implementation of firewall security policies & working on Projects. Receiving implementation requests for firewall access, doing requirements analysis, suggesting changes if required, implementation, testing & closure. Engaging with the solution designers/architects to ensure any changes performed are in line with industry best practices as well as Ericsson guidelines.
