10. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 4.2 – Enter procedure (new)

Foreign competitors, drivers and co-drivers, must present an authorization according to Art.3.9.4

of the ISC.

11. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 4.4 – Classes (update)

Note: Additional provisions in FRAS-CNRD 2017 Regulations.

- Cars homologated as Kit cars, where the capacity is between 1400 and 1600cc, may be

accepted if they also comply with Article 255-6.2 “Weight” of Appendix J.

- Two-wheel drive cars equipped with a supercharged diesel engine with a nominal cylinder

capacity of less than 2000cc are accepted in Groups A and N.

- For drivers entered with a Super 2000-Rally car complying with 2013 Appendix J, Art. 255A, it

will be possible to use lapsed errata without any penalty.

- For Super 1600 homologated cars, it will be possible to use lapsed errata without any penalty.

- An FIA technical passport is mandatory for S2000, R5, Super 1600 cars. (optional for cars

entered in a rally of an FIA Cup or Trophy)

-For all the other cars presentation of technical FRAS passport is mandatory.

12. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 5 – Insurance (update)

The competitors will be insured by the organizer on all Special Stages through a civil liability

insurance against all third party risks at a value of 100000 RON 200000 RON (45 000 EUR €).

13. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 6.2 (new)

Competition numbers, names and rally plates should comply with Article 18-19 of 2017 FIA

RRSR.

14. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 8.1.4 (new)

The refuelling should comply with Art. 58 of the 2017 FIA RRSR.

15. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 9.1.1 (new)

The recce-car also should comply with Art.25.2 and 25.3 of FIA-RRSR.

16. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 10.1 (new)

Request for postponing the Administrative Checks is accepted against a fee of 20 euro.

17. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 11.6 (update)

Complying art. 26.1.3 RRSR 26.1.2 RRSR 2017 and RCNDR 2017, At scrutineering,

competitors must present all items of clothing, including helmets and an FIA approved head

retaining device (FHR), intended to be used. Compliance with Appendix L Chapter III will be

checked.

18. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS / Article 12.1.2 (update)

The presence at the official photo and Rally Presentation is mandatory, and will take place on

Tricolorului Square, Thursday, June 15 2017, at 8:00 PM. Absence from event will incur a 50

euro/crew fine.

Rally finish is in TC 17A TC 17D (ERT/CNR/CNRI) and TC 10A TC 10D (CNR2), and the crews

park inside the finish Park Ferme.
