Rebocon Model RBC-1 Re-balling Tool

Model RBC-1 Rebocon is a tool for replacing the solder ball of BGA. The re-balling in almost all BGA is possible only at this tool. If the metal mask of the tool is exchanged, it is possible to replace the solder ball from the diame-ter 0.1 to 0.76mm. Model RBC-1 has a function of mechanical auto-centering which we developed. It can be posi-tioning to almost all sizes of BGA, with exactly and quickly. And even if BGA is a rectangle, centering will be exactly done like a square. Of course, it is with easliy. Moreover, RBC-1 is possible of solder printing to the BGA package, by exchan Furthermorege of accessories.

RBC-1 Operation Proccess

RBC-1 has two kinds of mask holders. One is for re-balling and another is for printing. Only by exchanging the metal mask of the each mask holder, then almost all of BGA can be re-balling and or print-ing. RBC-1 of one set enables re-balling and printing of almost all BGA. RBC-1 was made to very easily and exact the work of positioning of the metal mask and package which were trouble conventionally. If positioning is completed, a ball is supplied and excessive balls can be collected quickly into the ball holder. And the collected ball can be used
