MeSH in 2018 includes 474 new terms; 106 replaced terms; 7 deleted terms and 1 deleted subheading. View the complete list of new, changed and deleted terms. Contact Poh in the Library for help adjusting your saved searches.

Implications for Ovid Medline saved searches and auto-alerts • Check all your saved searches and auto-alerts

on Ovid Medline to apply any changes. Add new terms and replace deleted or discontinued terms with the updated terminology.

• Check the Scope Note for each MeSH term carefully for the definition, year of entry and previous indexing terms.

It presents information on overall activity, what elective surgery was provided and how long people waited for elective surgery. Read the report ...

Staphylococcus aureus bacteraemia in Australian hospitals 2016–17 In 2016–17, Australian public hospitals reported 1,502 cases of hospital-associated Staphylococcus aureus bacteraemia (SAB) at a rate of 0.76 cases per 10,000 days of patient care. All states and territories had rates below the national benchmark of 2.0 cases per 10,000 days of patient care.
