Enrollment System Access

1. Log on to DGme and click “View” next to DGWell – Benefits and Wellness Platform.• Or download the CafeWell app available

on Google Play and the App store – see the mobile tutorial on DGWell to learn more.

2. Register for DGWell by following the prompts.

1. Click “Log In” on the Benefits Enrollment System on the right side of the DGWell homepage.

2. From the Welcome screen, review your deadline and the Benefits Guide.

3. To begin enrollment, click “CONTINUE.”

Update Your Personal Information

1. Under My Information, click “EDIT” to update your contact information to receive benefits information.

2. Then under Communication Preferences, click “EDIT” to consent to receive text and/or email communications. Click “SAVE CHANGES” to continue.

3. If your information looks correct, choose “MY INFORMATION LOOKS CORRECT.”

Confirm/Add Dependents Note: Adding a dependent here does not automatically add them to coverage.

1. Review and edit your dependent profile. To add a new dependent(s), click “ADD NEW.”

2. Click “SAVE CHANGES” when finished. 3. Once you’ve added your dependent(s) or if not

applicable, click “I’M DONE WITH DEPENDENTS.”

Choose your 2021 Benefits Programs

1. To enroll, make changes or decline coverage, click “CHANGE” on the benefit tile.

2. Click “MORE DETAILS” or to review plan information.

3. Check the box next to the plan you would like to select and then click “I’M DONE WITH MY SELECTION.”

Selecting Your Dependent(s)

1. Check the box next to each dependent you want to cover under the plan.

2. Click “I’M READY TO PROCEED” to continue.

If you don’t have dependents, proceed to the next slide.

Review Enrollment Summary

page to save or “BACK TO PREVIOUS PAGE” if you need to change your election.

Continue your Benefits Enrollment

1. Complete your benefit enrollment by clicking “CHANGE” on EACH benefit tile to enroll or change your plan coverage.

2. For each Voluntary Benefit “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE” the terms of electronic enrollment.

3. When you’ve completed your selections, click “I’M DONE SELECTING BENEFITS.”

Adding Beneficiaries

1. Review your beneficiary allocations. Click to “ADD NEW BENEFICIARY” and then “SAVE CHANGES” to update.

2. Under My Allocations, click “CHANGE ALLOCATION” to assign a beneficiary to each benefit.

3. When finished, click “I’M DONE WITH BENEFICIARIES.”

Next Steps

1. Review the requirements of your elections.• This page will tell you if you have any

documentation to submit for your dependents or the event. There will be a link and instructions on how to upload should the system ask for documents.

2. When finished, click “I’M READY TO FINALIZE MY ELECTIONS.”

Enrollment Confirmation

1. Review your selections and note any pending election that requires action.

2. When ready to submit, click “SUBMIT MY ELECTIONS.”

3. Click “ACCEPT” to confirm your submission, or “DENY” to return to edit your selections.

Confirmation Page

1. Your elections have now been submitted. Record your Confirmation Number for your records.

Be sure to complete any action for a pending election

by the noted deadline.

Following enrollment submission, if you return to the Enrollment System, from the home page you can review your confirmation statement, access

contact information and begin a qualifying life enrollment event.1. Review your benefits using the buttons on the left. Hover over each

link for detail.2. Click on the “FREQUENTLY USED RESOURCES” to access more

information about available benefits.3. Call the Benefit Service Center number if you need assistance.
