Recorded Problem Steps

Looking to reserve a room? Follow the instructions below!

1. Open up Outlook, and click on Calendar in the lower left hand corner. You should see a view similar to the below.

 

2. Click on New Meeting

 

3. A box should pop up as you see in the picture below. Click on Rooms on the right side.

4. You should see another box pop up. Type in the search box “+Glenn” and hit enter or the Go button. You should see a list of all the rooms and reserve-able equipment in the College.

 

5. Click on the room you want and press Rooms at the bottom or double-click on the room you want. Then press OK.

6. From here, you can select a start time and end time, invite other people to the meeting, and when you are done, you can hit send. A request for the room or equipment will go to the owner of that room to approve. You’re all done!
