Technology development over time

• In the early 19th century photography was discovered and soon came along the recording camera.

• They were very limited and only recorded visually and not the sound

• Over time this was developed and then people were able to record sound

• Then the HD camera was released

3D Film and future technology

• This process allowed the picture or movie to look more realistic.

• But with this process you had to wear special glasses • Holograms are the latest technology still in the

making. They are actual 3D projections which you can touch through.

• 4D is also in the making, this is when you will be able to feel the sensation. For example in the film if someone was splashed with water the viewers/audience can also feel the water as a artificial sensation.

Holograms

• The way holograms work are that they record patterns of light and block the patterns on holographic films or plates.

• You don’t even need 3-D glasses to see the holograms.

• If you look at these holograms from different angles, you can see the objects from different perspectives, just like looking at a genuine object. Some holograms can even appear to be moving while you go past them and look at them from various angles.
