RECYCLING CARTS ARE MUNICIPAL PROPERTY It is illegal to put trash in your cart or move it to a new property.
Due to a serious rise in contamination, recycling carts are subject to inspection.

CARDBOARDRECYCLING RULES • We find hazardous items, like needles and
batteries in boxes that residents set out for recycling. FOR THIS REASON, YOU MUST FLATTEN AND EMPTY YOUR BOXES.
• Never use boxes to hold ANY recyclables.
