Red Door Events are brand activation agency that specialises in working with clients to get the most out of their sponsorship strategy. We invest in and design activations for our clients to engage with their guests, customers and future customers. This includes designing, building and managing spectator villages and bespoke activations.

Over the last 10 years we have successfully created interactive spectator experiences at sporting events all over the world.

Our aim is to understand the target audience and what our client would like to achieve, whilst having the public’s potential experience at the forefront of our designs. We like to push the boundaries of what is expected by both the client and the attendees.

Design

The collection of data and information from guests, clients and employees can be a great way to better understand the audience you are interacting with, as well as offering you a great opportunity for future business and marketing. Red Door Events can offer a Data Capture System, either static or roaming that allows your guest and clients to register their information, their thoughts on anything from the days entertainment, their overall experience or their perceptions of a brand. All data collected will be correlated and sent in a report with or without analysis. Our software and hardware has the ability to ask your guests or clients a number of different questions in different formats, so if you are looking for research, event feedback or a generation of leads for future marketing we can provide it for you. Our software includes the ability to capture signatures and send automated emails.

Red Door Events can run ‘Longest Drive Contests’, ‘Nearest the Pin Competitions’ or even a full 18 hole round on some of the world’s greatest golf courses. Using 3-D visual flybys and full replays, your guests will have the opportunity to view their shots from a variety of angles.

Chipping Zone


Red Door Events specialise in designing and building bespoke golfing activities and the Chipping Zone is a prime example.

The Chipping Zone enables participants to work on their short game in a fun environment. Built according to the space available, it makes a great visual impact with a variety of opportunities for branding.

We can provide any number of bays according to your needs and space available. Participents can either chip from stance mats, from individual bunkers, or a full scale replica bunker. Allowing participants to practice the toughest shots on any course.

The Chipping Zone is versatile enough to allow free play or to be competition based. Coaching is available upon request.

Branding opportunities include backdrop walls, branded netting, fascia, bay dividers, flags and balls.

Red Door Events specialise in designing and building bespoke putting greens. The greens themselves not only make a fantastic visual impact, but they appeal to golfers and non-golfers alike.

We can come up with a design to suit the space available or re-create a famous green from any golf course in the world. We use the best synthetic putting turf available, matched with fringe turf, contours, water features and rocks and shrubbery.

This has always proved to be a hugely popular activity whether it’s just for fun or competition based. Guests always come back for more, not wanting to leave without sinking that putt.

There are a variety of branding opportunities available with Bespoke Putting Greens, including fascias, backdrop walls, tee markers and pin flags.

Supplied using modular panels or a prefabricated base, regulation sized cups and a selection of contour pads, our putting greens are the perfect solution to any event. With holes and contour pads that allow you to shape the green, this model provides an excellent variety of practice putts.

Red Door Events can quickly set up either 1 hole, 3 holes, 9 holes, or all 18 holes to produce your own miniature golf course on any firm, reasonably level surface, indoors or outdoors.Perfect for parties, corporate and sporting events, exhibitions or shows.

Tennis Speed Serve


Ivo Karlovic recorded the fastest ever serve at an astonishing 156mph (Davies Cup 2011), but how would you match up?

Red Door Events can provide a fully branded state of the art service net, inviting users to test their service skills and speed. They can be coached by a tennis professional to enable them to record their fastest serve.

You can use a tournament participant to set the benchmark and then you can invite guests to try and emulate their performance or even better it. The footage of the serve can be recorded and replayed on screens next to the service area with a message of encouragement for other users.

The service net acts as an excellent visual and appears to other users for all ages and abilities. It can be both fun and competitive, with prizes given each day to the fastest serve.

The Rugby Passing Challenge is a simple but very effective activation that brings out the competitiveness in everyone.

Participants have a set time and unlimited balls to pass as many balls through the target as possible, scoring the most points.

As you watch the ball sail over the cross bar during the World Cup Penalty Shoot Out, ever thought you could do better?

With the Red Door Events Football Challenge you can test your penalty skills against goalkeepers that react in realtime using full size footballs.

During the session our systems scoreboard will show you up to date statistics in relation to your game (shots taken, average speed of shots, number of goals, scoring percentage and the time left in the session). After the session, the user will get a full report showing the final statistics that they have made.

Our lightweight cage offers great flexibility for a variety of events around the world or in a home and can be ready for set up within 2 hours. Our Children’s Race Track gives children a fantastic opportunity to ride our mini electric golf karts around aspecially designed track. The track allows for up to 6 karts to race at any time in a safe environment. The karts are always incredibly popular and have the added bonus of being exceptionally cute! The track comes with a variety of branding opportunities, both internally and externally with velcro banners or vinyl graphics. It can sit on any firm surface or a bespoke platform can be built to house it.

The karts themselves can also be uniquely branded with decals to add to your brand exposure.

The karts can be hired with or without the track, however a suitable alternative needs to either be requested or provided.

Children’s Sports Zone


Grassroots of any sport is imperative to developing the right skills at a young age. Using specially designed children’s equipment, our Children’s Sports Zone is a great area for young people to learn the game of golf, football or tennis.

Using a variety of activities within the Zone, children will be able to learn the basics of the game while learning key elements of a sport. Incorporated into the areas can be a number of different activities, with a whole host of development equipment that keeps the fun in the game.

Every event has different requirements, which is why our Sports Zone uses a variety of different activities which can fit into any shape or size.

The trademark wireless controls make for an easy experience for all ages and abilities to participate. Red Door Events can provide the consoles in a number of different ways.

The Nintendo Wii or the Xbox Kinect can be configured to play any game chosen. Red Door Events will provide all equipment including any accesorries to give the experience an added sense of reality.
