- The Minister of Public Health and the Minister of Justice launched the joint electronic platform between the two ministries (impact.hospitals.gov.lb), which aims to receive and follow up on reviews and complaints related to the health and hospital sectors and refer them to the competent court. - The Minister of Public Health issued a decree allowing centers for visual professions to work for three hours a day from ten in the morning until one in the afternoon, while adhering to all preventive measures.

- The army units continue to distribute social aid (400,000 Lebanese pounds) to families with limited income in

all Lebanese territories. - Distributing food aid in various Lebanese regions through the CIMIC Office. - Establishing circumstantial barriers in various regions and supporting the Internal Security Forces in

implementing the general closure decision in the country

- Carrying out patrols, setting up circumstantial checkpoints and fixed and mobile control points in various

regions, and drafting arrest reports against violators of the general mobilization decisions, as their number since 01/14/2021 to date reached 12,514 minutes.

- The minutes that were written against the violators of the decisions of the general mobilization during the past 24 hours were distributed as follows:

- Reporting the number of new positive cases in the various governorates and districts, cases in home

quarantine, and deaths. - Follow up the procedures performed by the medical teams at the arrivals examination centers at the airport. - The report of the death of three people from Deir Antar, Jaba and Kafarfila.

- Carrying out patrols in the various governorates, establishing fixed and mobile control points to follow up the

implementation of the general mobilization decision, alerting citizens to adhere to preventive measures, and alerting stores and commercial establishments to the necessity to regulate customer entry roles to prevent overcrowding and maintain social distancing.

- Reporting the number of quarantined arrivals in hotels, and the non-compliance of some arrivals with

compulsory quarantine.

- Reporting the number of positive cases and deaths in different regions.

- Reporting sit-ins, protest movements and riots in various Lebanese regions due to the general closure and the deterioration of living conditions.

- The General Directorate of Civil Aviation issued Circular No. 6/2 dated 01/24/2021, which concerns hotel quarantine for expatriates. The most prominent of what was mentioned in it:

• Circulars No. 4/2 dated 12/01/2021 and 2/5 dated 01/18/2021 continued until 01/27/2021

• Hotel quarantine will be canceled for all passengers arriving through Rafic Hariri International Airport as of Wednesday 01/27/2021 and replaced by home quarantine that will be monitored by the municipalities and in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health through an electronic application that will be announced upon completion before 01/27/20 2021

- The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued Resolution No. 46 / PM on 21/2/2021 based on the recommendation of the Ministerial Committee in charge of following up on the issue of preventive measures and procedures for the Coronavirus in its meeting on January 21/2021, where the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister decided to give an exceptional approval to extend the full closure decision No. 26 / PM on 11/1/2021 until 5 a.m. on Monday corresponding to 8/2/2021. The exceptions or some emergency and new cases are reconsidered according to a decision issued by the Chairman of the Council Ministers after consulting the concerned ministers and based on a request submitted to the National Operations Room at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers by text message on the number 1120 or through the website covid.pcm.gov.lb or through a special application created for this purpose.
