Guidelines for Free Paper Presentation

1.Postgraduate students can shift from Cadaver Workshop Hall to Anatomy Lecture Hall at 12.00 noon

for loading their Presentations in the system.

2.Undergraduates & CRRIs can report directly at 12 noon at Anatomy Lecture Hall ,Ground floor ,

College Building, Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute to load their presentations

into the system in the hall .

3. Presentation should be in Powerpoint Presentaion in generally compatible format.

4. Presentation is strictly for 8 ( Eight) minutes ONLY & discussion for 2 minutes .

5 Standard Format for Paper Evaluation will be used for adjudging the papers .

6.Judges Decision is Final

for fixing their Posters in the allotted areas.

2.Undergraduates & CRRIs can report directly at 12 noon at Anatomy Lecture Hall ,Ground floor ,

3. Posters should be 3 feet in breadth and 4 feet in height .

4.The presenter should be by the respective Poster when Judges call in for discussion (10 Minutes).

5.Standard Format for Poster Evaluation will be used for adjudging the posters .
