INTRODUCTION Pressure regulator type: 121 is direct action device for low pressure, which ensure a constant downstream pressure (p2). The regulator is controlled by a diaphragm and spring. They can be provided with shut-off device for low and high pressure or for high pressure. They can be used with natural gas, LPG, air, nitrogen, etc.

UVOD

Regulator pritiska tip: 121 predstavlja regulator direktnog dejstva koji obezbeñuje konstantnu vrednost izlaznog pritiska (p2). Regulacija pritiska se vrši pomoću membrane i opruge. Regulator se izvodi i sa sigurnosno prekidnim mehanizmom (odnosno blokadnim mehanizmom) i to za visoki i niski pritisak ili za visoki pritisak. Koristi se za prirodni gas, tečni naftni gas, vazduh, azot, itd.

OPIS RADA Regulatori pritiska tip: 121 i tip: 121-BV su u početnom stanju otvoreni. Puštanjem gasa u instalaciju, pritisak deluje na donju površinu membrane (1) i savlañuje silu opruge (2) i preko membranskog sklopa i poluge (3) gura trn (4) i zatvarač (5). Zatvarač pritvara sedište (6) do potpunog zatvaranja kada vrednost izlaznog pritiska dostigne podešenu vrednost piz. Porast pritiska do trenutka zatvaranja definisan je zatvornom grupom (ZG). Potrošnja gasa prouzrokuje pad izlaznog pritiska što dovodi do ponovnog otvaranja reglatora i obavljanje njegove osnovne funkcije: održavanje konstantnog izlaznog pritiska gasa u okviru zadatih granica odstupanja definisanih regulacionom grupom (RG). Vrednost izlaznog pritiska se podešava pritezanjem opruge pomoću pritezača opruge (7), sabijanjem opruge vrednost raste i obrnuto.

REGULATOR OPERATION In the absence of pressure, gas pressure regulators type: 121 and 121-BV are in open position. Inlet pressure acting upon diaphragm (1), thus overcoming the spring (2) action, and through diaphragm assembly and lever (3) move the rod (4) with pad unit (5). When outlet pressure increase up to presset value, the nozzle (6) is completely closed by pad unit. Increasing inlet pressure up to value of completely closed nozzle is defined by lock-up pressure (SG). Gas consuption cause outlet pressure decreasing, and cause opening nozzle by moving pad unit. This is main gas regulator function: Maintaing constant outlet pressure which is defined by accuracy class (AC). Set point pressure is established by the adjusting ring (7). In order to increase the outlet pressure, rotate clockwise the adjusting ring, and to decrease the outlet pressure rotate counterclockwise the adjusting ring.

OPIS RADA BLOKADNOG MEHANIZMA

Regulator pritiska tip:121-BV se izvodi sa integrisanim blokadnim mehanizmom. Blokadni mehanizam štiti instalaciju i potrošače posle regulatora od previsokog i preniskog pritiska,. Blokadni mehanizam za zaštitu od previsokog i preniskog pritiska je tip: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P, a za zaštitu od previsokog pritiska je tip: GT.BM.VP.02.65.P. Opis rada blokadnog mehanizma za zaštitu od preniskog i previsokog pritiska tip: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P opisan je u tekstu ispod. Izlazni pritisak se impulsnim vodom dovodi ispod membranskog sklopa (1) blokadnog mehanizma. Porast pritiska prouzrokuje pomeranje membranskog sklopa na gore koji preko poluge (2) povlači trn (11) čime je osloboñena kuglica (3) a samim tim i osovinica (4) koji pod oprugom (5) gura zatvarač (6) na sedište. Pri porastu izlaznog pritiska membranski sklop savlañuje oprugu VP (7). Pad izlaznog pritiska dovodi do pomeranja membranskog sklopa usled sile opruge NP (8), koji preko poluge povlači osovinicu i oslobaña kuglicu, odnosno otključava bravu blokadnog mehanizma. Podešavanje pritiska aktiviranja obezbeñuje se pomoću pritezača opruge VP (9) i pritezača opruge NP (10). Okretanjem pritezača u smeru kazaljke na satu, povećava se pritisak aktiviranja i obrnuto. Blokada se ručno deaktivira povlačenjem ručnog potiskivača (12).

Kod blokadnog mehanizama samo za zaštitu od previsokog pritiska GT.BM.VP.02.65.P, ne ugrañuju se pozicije (8) i (10).

SHUT-OFF DEVICE OPERATION

Gas pressure regulator equiped with shut-off device is called 121-BV. Protecting the instalation and the consumers after regulator against extreme (high and low) pressure is the basic function of shut-off device (protection against only high pressure upon request). Shut-off device for protection against high and low pressure is type: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P and for high pressure protection is type: GT.BM.VP.02.65.P. Operation shut-off device for protection against low and high pressure type: GT.BM.VNP.02.65.P is explained in folowing text. Outlet pressure intake through the pulse pipe under the diaphragm assembly (1). Pressure increasing move the diaphragm assembly upper, through lever (2) cause moving of pusher (11) which release the ball (3) from the rod (4). The rod under the spring (5) load move the valve disc (6) to close the nozzle. Increasing outlet pressure act uppon diaphragm assembly and overcome the high pressure spring (7) load (VP). Decreasing outlet pressure move the diaphragm assembly down under the low pressure spring (8) load (NP) and through lever move the pusher and release the ball from the rod. Activate pressure is realized by setting springs (7) and (8) by adjusting ring for VP (9) and adjusting ring NP (10). Rotate adjusting ring clockwise for increase pressure or rotate adjusting ring counterclockwise to decrease activating pressure. Shut-off device is manualy reset by pulling handle (12). Shut-off device used only for protection against high pressure (type: GT.BM.VP.02.65.P) is equipied without spring NP (8) and adjusting ring for NP (10).
