Planning and im-plementation takes around two years from the point at which you sign up to the site. This will give you the greatest possible flexibility in designing your manufacturing and office facilities as well as access to HIAG Immobilien's expertise in planning, project management, construction and company relocation.

MAiN TRANspoRT iNfRAsTRUcTUReThe site will be accessed via the Hauptstrasse.The site is easily accessible by road. It is located just 300 me-ters from the intersection of the A1 freeway to Zurich and Bern and the A3 freeway to Basel and Germany. There are existing bus stops right next to the site. Buses go to Brugg train station and to Lupfig train station for train connections at 15-minute intervals. There is also a possibility of building an industrial rail line on-site to link to the Swiss railway network.

UsAGe plAN ANd coNsTRUcTioN peRMiTsThe Hausen building and usage regulations permit a building volume of 4 m3/m2 and a maximum building height of 16 me-ters on the Reichholdareal. On the Reichholdareal, the Lupfig building and usage regulations permit a building volume of 7 m3/m2 and a maximum building height of 25 meters.
