Removal efficiencies of greater than 99% are achievable on particulates and gases. Due to the simple yet robust design, System REITHER® is an obvious choice when dealing with explosive, adhesive, toxic or corrosive compounds.

System REITHER® venturi scrubbers are also superior in particle collection processes, delivering a performance that surpasses any wet scrubbing system, due to the velocity and shear force generated by the venturi throat.

With an excellent and intimate contact between the gas and the liquid, the venturi scrubber can also combine dust abatement and gas absorption in one single stage. This exclusive licensed and patented scrubber design offers a small footprint, high efficiency, high reliability and an adjustable throat to accommodate varying gas flow loading.

The function of a venturi scrubber is basedon increasing gas flow velocity bynarrowing the cross section where the scrubbing liquid is injected. The high shear forces between gas and liquid create the finest distribution of droplets with an extremely high surface area, leading to extremely efficient capture of contaminants in a very short contact time.

ADJUSTABLE VENTURI THROAT FOR VARIABLE FLOWThe System REITHER® venturi scrubber is a high efficiency wet scrubber, suitable for separation of particles down to the submicron range. It is simple in its design and suitable for variable waste gas flow rates due to the adjustment of the venturi throat.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN AND EASE OF USEAs a mechanically simple and robust system, System REITHER® has few moving parts, allowing for efficient operation with minimal maintenance requirements, providing high uptime and very low maintenance costs. System REITHER® can be modified and designed to be installed as a retrofit, in tight spaces and/or within process streams.
