Brandy Creek Day Spa journeys have been carefully designed with your wellness in mind. To ensure you’re perfectly poised to make the most of your time with us, we request you arrive 15 minutes before your spa treatment time. This will provide you with time to unwind and prepare for your experience without feeling rushed and will also ensure we can properly consult with you to ensure we are best able to meet your desired outcomes. If you wish to take advantage of our Turkish Hammam prior to your treatment, please arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment. Use of our Hammam is complimentary to all guests of Brandy Creek Day Spa enjoying one-hour (+) treatments. Kindly understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Brandy Creek Day Spa is home to a lifestyle boutique offering a selection of spa-only skincare and lifestyle products.

Cancellation or changes to your booking

A 100% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled or re-scheduled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time. A full charge applies in case of a missed appointment with no advance notice. To secure your booking, you will be asked to provide credit card details.

Group bookings

We welcome groups and will be pleased to customise a program to suit any special occasion. Brandy Creek Estate offers a number of catering options too which can be enjoyed at the spa. Please enquire for more details and packages.
