From youth unemployment to antisocial behaviour, people within our society need to be given the opportunity of at-tainment in wealth and the position they wish to pursue a career in.
With the presumptions of youth and mis-sjudgement, it results in people turning to anti social behaviour due to anguish and persistent disappointment.
Vandalism is one of many social aspects of Birmingham that is considered to be a continuous issue, however this can be turned into a positive prospect, long as youth are directed in the right direc-tion and see the light.
For youths who withheld the talent of creative minds, the ability to pro-duce exquisite artwork from street walls to buildings, should be made aware of street art. There is a range of creative agencies that are longing for graffiti artists to start a new era of visual no-tions.
If you think you have the set of skills required to execute fresh visual com-munications, get involved within street art agencies and make your mark in the city.
Monorex is a globally known design agency, that attracts a vast range of established brands by offering clients a distinct set of fresh visu-als. This agency collaborates a mix of different artists to deliver designs to a high standard of quality, priding there self of a particular style. There continuous interaction with today’s youth is what makes there work so current, help-ing them grasp a real understanding and insight of what engages a particular audience through visuals.
I highly recommend any original talented art-ists who believe they obtain a particular set of skills required to be involved with an agency, to get in contact and connect with Monorex, as they are continuously giving young individu-als the opportunity to shine towards commercial clients. They’re consistently searching for new artists that can bring a fresh new approach to the agency, helping contribute to delivering dif-ferent visuals that are captivating and current, reaching out to their brands distinct taste and specific target audience.
If you are a creative individual that can de-sign to a high level of quality, you’re already half way there, you just need to apply your pas-sion in the right direction, and you’ll make a name for yourself some day. As long as you give it your all anything is possible, there are no boundaries.
social aspectsAs a society we take pride in our city, yet we still haven’t proclaimed a solution to overcome the social
aspects of Birmingham.

winter.
DEDICATED FOLLOWER’ OF BIRMINGHAM’S FASHION
This months winner, looking effortlessly beautiful for a 9-5 shift in Birmingham, won us over wearing an over sized Aztec printed t-shirt with the winter wonder-ful boots. The balance of a subtle win-ter look hidden underneath the vibrant printed t-shirt is genius. Executing the right balance of colour within an outfit will help you make bold a statement this winter.
MUST HAVEReaders take note of the vintage boots our winner is wearing, and instantly get yourself down to the shops and treat yourself to a beautiful pair of these, as they are definitely this month’s winter must, that will break into a trend anytime soon.
If you feel yor style lacks vibrance and life in this dull winter weather, brighten your style up with patterned prints, which is a highly conscious trend in the streets currently, it just adds an exotic sense of feel towards your style.
What you find with the winter conventional ‘look’ is that people tend to dull down and cover up in subtle colours, which is what made this outfit so show stopping. By battling against the ‘safe’ convenient shades of colour, without a doubt you’ll create such a contrast that’ll become a new trend, so remember be brave, and be bold the future is bright.
I adore people who break the rules and battle against what is portrayed to be the idyllic fashion sense, and make their selves an individual. So readers find ways of thinking outside of the box, and be experimental and daring with your own style and taste, cause you never know it might just open a new era of trend and fashion if you take a risk.
WANT TO BE FEATURED? When looking to snapshot a diverse taste of fashion in Birmingham, a person’s presence and attitude contributes towards their sense of style, maybe reflecting an aspect of their character through the way they dress their selves.
If you are seeking to be photographed to appear in Release’s issue, for your en-dearing taste of style, I want to discov-er style within Birmingham that reflects you as a person, maybe your fierce atti-tude, through a fetish of leopard prints, or charisma through a carefully selected pair of shoes. Whatever hidden characters you feel you possess, express yourself.

Surrounded by unique and exciting cultures, Birmingham is the place to be for people looking for a new exciting social experience. Even though there is a range of high end, disco partying places to go in Birmingham, I would recommend taking a trip down to Digbeth and going to the Rainbow Warehouse.
All inhibitions are released for a once in a lifetime, unforgettable night of drugs, drink and sex. Diversity is the key with there ever changing design inside and out, the mix of indoors and outdoors, creating a sense of variety the Rainbow keeps it fresh and stays one step ahead of the game at all times.
Never boring and always giving you a good night, every day of the week can be a night with Rainbow. A wide range of events include SeedySonics, Fright nights, Paradub, 90’s night and a range of new upcoming DJs, music at Rainbow is never boring.
With its unique blend of house, garage and underground music which creates a unforgettable, intense night full of fun and exhilarating highs to keep you talking until your next night at rain-bow, like its scenery music is ever changing with the range of different rooms creating a hub of new,
interesting and beat loving music. The scenery is set, it’s now all about the fun, a variety of legal and much more fun, illegal drugs, anything goes at Rainbow.
There are plenty of new characters to meet and mingle with at Rain-bow, it’s now essential to have that extra help with a party high, it’s no longer ‘What you drinking?’ its ‘What you on?’ that keeps the social aspect fun with the range of pick and mix of drugs that are on offer. The Warehouse is like an adult playground with a BBQ, and a bar stocked with all the drink you that you will ever need, the atmos-phere is electric. Life is never dull at the party that is Rainbow.
