o A strategy outlines how a prac/ce will use social networks to engage with their pa/ents and staff members
Goal seNng The things you want to achieve on social media broken into small, achievable steps. Goals need to be measurable e.g. We are aiming to increase our Facebook likes by 20% over the next three months
Ask yourself… o What networks are you going to use? o Where are you going to obtain content from? o How ocen are you going to post on each pladorm? o What resources are you going to use to assist you?

o If you have mul/ple employees managing or having access to your work social media sites you will need a policy o Keep it simple, steer clear from legal jargon o Outline what is expected of employees when they are using the business social media sites e.g. tone, staff & customer privacy, corporate info, branding, how to respond to complaints etc.
