REPORT ON GRANDPARENTS DAY

We took this opportunity to express the love and respect towards

the elderly people in the society and also to model this culture in

children. We have organized Grand Parents day which was celebrated

on 29-09-2016 in the School Auditorium.

The Grand Parents fraternity had fleet in from across the country

to grace this occasion. The program begins with the lighting of the lamp

by Hon’ble Guest Mrs. Shylaja Somanna, Chairperson Mr. Avinash H.E.

and Principal Mrs. Geeta Dikshit.

Mythological theme based on “The Advent of Lord Krishna was

chosen as a Saviour to encourage our children to imbibe in them

“Traditions and Values”

Our boys of Montessori and Nursery were decked up as little

Krishnas and girls as Gorgeous Gopikas.

Each section of this level depicted the greatness of Lord Krishna

by reacting to the different antics of the omnipotent as – Balakrishna,

Kalinga Maradana and Govardhana Giridhaari.

Our Kindergarten children anchored the program flawlessly.

This mesmerizing show came to a close with the portray of Lord

Krishna’s 10 different incarnations – Dashavathara!

It was an incredible moment for the Grand Parents to witness the

synchronization of talent and tradition of their Grandchildren.

The audience hugely appreciated and responded overwhelmingly

towards this unique initiative taken by the school faculty.
