NATIONAL TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON THE USE OF THE LEGAL
AFFAIRS
COMPLAINT AND CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
To: Schools Division Superintendents
1. In line with the development and implementation of the Legal
Affairs
Complaint and Case Management System, the Department of
Education-Office of the
Assistant Secretary for Legal Affairs, in coordination with the
Information and
Communications Technology Service, will conduct the National
Training of
Trainers on the Use of the Legal Affairs Complaint and Case
Management
System (NTOT-LACCMS) on January 27 to 30, 2019 at Makati Palace
Hotel, 5011
P. Burgos corner Caceres Street, Makati City, Metro Manila.
2. The NTOT-LACCMS aims to teach the participants on the use of
the functions
and features of the developed system. The participants shall
constitute the pool of trainers for the eventual cascading of the
training in the region.
3. Anent this, the following personnel are selected as
participants to the said

4. Arrival of the participants shall be on January 27, 2019 (Day
0) with check-in
time at 2:00 P.M. The check-out time is at 12:00 N.N. of January
30, 2019 (Day 3) and the last activity shall be until 5:00 PM of
the same day. The first meal to be
served shall be dinner on Day 0 and the last meal shall be PM
snack on Day 3.
5. Travelling and other incidental expenses shall be charged to
local funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
6. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
