Construction may only begin after approval from both Horseshoe Lake Corporation and Seven Lakes Reservoir Company. You will be notified by an HLC Board Member once approval has been received. Note: HLC‘s concurrence with your plan should not be construed as final approval. It is the individual property owner’s responsibility to obtain any Army Corp of Engineer or other government agency approvals that might be required. Minor shoreline improvements, behind a member’s home, have traditionally not required government approval.
