Addendum No. 1 - Wednesday, December 26, 2012 This addendum is hereby incorporated as a part of the referenced RFQ and should be acknowledged on Form # 2 as part of the respondent’s submittal. Item 1. A mandatory pre-submittal conference was held on December 18, 2012. The attendee sign-in list is attached. Item 2. Questions received to date:

Question No. 1 Are required Forms 1, 2, 3, and 4 (including proof of insurance) included in the 25 page limit? Answer No. 1 No. Forms 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not count towards the twenty-five (25) printed page limit. Question No. 2 Do we have to list all sub-consultants/firms that we anticipate using on our team, regardless of tier? IE, do we need to name each ground survey firm that we might use. We typically like to use local survey firms and select them based on level of effort needed and location of the work on the airport. Answer No. 2 The decision on what sub-consultants or firms should be identified for the Selection Committee to evaluate the SOQ is left up to the respondent firm/team.

Question No. 3 Can a firm submit as a Prime (with a Team) and also as a subconsultant with another Team? Answer No. 3 Yes. A Prime Consultant may be listed as a sub-consultant on another team or teams. However, no more than one (1) Response as a Prime Consultant from any Respondent will be considered by the District. See page 6 of 25, item # 6. Question No. 4 Does GSP consider any consultant working on a new terminal at GSP in conflict if they pursue any work, prime or sub, for this on-call support? Answer No. 4 No. The District does not consider any consultant currently working on any project(s) at GSP or under any active contract(s) or task order(s) to be in conflict with this RFQ.
