The Institute was founded in 1999 and has an affiliation to Milann - The Fertility Centre, which is the
Institute's service delivery arm. Milann under the leadership of Dr. Kamini A. Rao, is one of India's most
advanced Fertility Centres, and has redefined high-tech fertility care in South Asia.
The institute's mission is to train Clinicians and Embryologists in advanced human reproduction and
infertility and has at its core, the mantra "Education and Research towards better Patient Care". We
offer two post doctoral Fellowship programs in Reproductive Medicine - one, an in-house program and
the other, under the aegis of the National Board of Examinations. In addition, the Institute offers PhD
programs in Reproductive Biology from NITTE University, VIT University and Bangalore University. We
also conduct a number of short term training programs, as well as six month & one year Certificate
Courses for Clinicians and Embryologists at our world class fertility training centre established in
Bangalore. The Institute is proud to have maintained a 100 percent pass rate since its inception.
