The vendor has agreed the sale of land for delivery
of affordable housing to Dunedin Canmore, part of
the Wheatley Group. The Unilateral Undertaking
(S75) provides that the transfer of this land to
Dunedin Canmore satisfies City of Edinburgh
Council’s policy requirements for affordable
housing over the whole site.
The vendor has produced a fully engineered and
