GOLFGOLF

HARBOUR TOWN GOLF LINKS Reserve a round on the world-famous Harbour Town Golf Links. Home to the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, this distinguished course completed a series of enhancements in 2015 that included re-grassing the golf course and the installation of a new state-of-the-art irrigation system.

Put your game to the ultimate test against a collection of par threes that are ranked among the world’s finest, and a par four 18th hole considered one of the most feared in all of golf. Pete Dye’s masterpiece places a premium on finesse, imagination and shot making, rather than strength.

Total yardage of 7,110 from the Heritage tees, with a slope of 148 and a par of 71. Caddie services provided to help improve your game.

HERON POINT BY PETE DYE Designed by legendary course architect Pete Dye, Heron Point is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Golfers will discover all the challenge they desire with its well-defined holes, plenty of movement in the fairways and Dye’s ubiquitous mounding and swales framing target areas. Heron Point completed several course enhancements in 2014 to further increase overall playability and enjoyment for a broad spectrum of golfers. e layout’s putting surfaces were replaced with TifEagle Bermuda, the same strand used at Harbour Town Golf Links. Additionally, green complexes and surrounds were softened to provide better lies and a wider variety of short-game options.

Total yardage of 7,035 from the Heritage tees, with a slope of 140 and a par of 72.

OCEAN COURSE Ocean Course is currently undergoing a complete redesign under the direction of Love Golf Design, the course architecture firm founded by PGA TOUR Pro Davis Love III and his brother Mark. Featuring a coastal setting and unique green complexes, the course will reopen in the fall of 2016 and will be a great complement to Heron Point by Pete Dye and Harbour Town Golf Links.

SEA PINES REAL ESTATECOMMUNITY RULES & REGULATIONS

A SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING BIKING AND LEISURE TRAILS Vehicles in South Carolina have the right of way over pedestrians and bikers planning to cross the road, unless the pedestrian or biker is already within the crosswalk. For your safety and the safety of motorists, please do not expect or encourage vehicles to stop if you are planning to cross the road, as this can cause rear-end collisions. Proceed with caution before entering the roadways.

IMPORTANT PHONE NUMBERS:EMERGENCY: 911SEA PINES SECURITY: 843 6717170

We can all do our part to keep Sea Pines beautiful by following these rules and regulations:1. Please keep beach towels and beach items,

such as coolers, toys, boogie boards, etc., out of sight of adjoining properties, golf courses and roadways. Likewise, bikes should be kept off of lawns or driveways, if possible.

2. Please extinguish any external lights when they are not needed. is is especially important for oceanside properties, where external lights can disrupt the nesting of Loggerhead sea turtles. Take special care to keep lights off of the beach from May-October.

3. Trash cans and recycling bins should be kept in service yards and should not be rolled to the street.

4. Parking is not permitted on primary streets, yards, or on any road or beach lot overnight. When parking, please take care not to impede emergency vehicles, driveways, or access to leisure trails.

5. To keep noise to a minimum, motorcycles and motorized scooters are not permitted within Sea Pines.

6. Please keep all pets on a leash, except when permitted on the beach (for more details on when pets are allowed on the beach, visit hiltonheadislandsc.gov). Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.

7. Please do not feed wildlife. When alligators are fed, they often have to be put down by wildlife management due to the danger they can pose.

8. Please be courteous and observe neighborliness in noise levels of people and pets. Excessive noise and fireworks are likely to be reported to Sea Pines Security.

9. Guest passes must be displayed prominently in your vehicle while you are in Sea Pines.

10. Texting and the use of hand held phones while driving is not allowed in Sea Pines.
