Client Description

RICOH RICOH is a world leader in printer and fax machine manufacturing, which managesoperations worldwide.

Project Summary

Updating data present in the cubes which is being fetched and stored at BusinessIntelligence server after ETL (Data Stage) run.

Responsibilities

Responsible as a Data Stage Administrator

Involved in the designing and requirement gathering phase at the initial phase of theproject

Installation and configuration of data stage components.

Performed functionality and regression testing.

- Basic knowledge of UNIX, AIX.

- Basic knowledge of RDBMS skills.

Monitoring Data stage different batches run.

Scheduling /Re-scheduling/De-scheduling of the batch.

Providing the updates to the clients regarding the batch run.

Manual submission of Sequences by selecting appropriate scheduler name,

Instance name, sequence name, Meta data condition and Invocation ID.

First point of contact in case of failure in batch run.

Provide root cause analysis in case of issue or error.
