Overall responsibility of quality unit comprising:-

Overall responsibilities of ISO, HACCP & BRC documentation, training & implementation.

Responsible for managing QA person for their respective work.

R & D work for new product/RM.

Quality maintaining of Flexible Packaging Products through stringent monitoring and testing

like Tensile, Elongation, Bond strength, COF, Opacity, Optical Density, GC-Test for

odor/solvent retentions in the laminates, shrinkage properties test, and many more which

are applicable for Flexible Packaging Industries.

Responsible for assuring all incoming raw materials are as per our required specification.

Assisting and monitoring QA person in their daily work.

Customer visit/technical support on customer complaint.

Execute new product development and support to customer, in coordination with

operations.

Customer complaint handling, Customer complaint analysis, Supervise and assure that

certified raw material are issued to process owners as per the Job specification sheet.

Work with the operations team on cost improvement through reduction in adhesives, inks,

coating weights and looking at alternate materials adding value.

Following and improving systems on Process checks throughout the supply chain in the

factory to guarantee quality to the customer.

Continuous training & up gradation of skills of subordinate to meet the stringent quality

requirements & changing needs of the customer.
