Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules of fully automatic PLC/DCS-ABB 800XA Based Control

System and Instruments to increase plant up-time / reliability Identify and rectify the areas of plant performance concern through predictive maintenance practices

Develop a maintenance schedule protocol and implement the same to ensure serviceability of process control equipment

Handle major shutdown planning using spreadsheet and time bound work planning & execution

Investigate failures to identify gaps & take corrective measures to prevent recurrence
