Designation: - Jr. Assistant (Commercial Dept.) 11/12/08 – 16/02/13 Job Profile: I take care of all stock transfer activities of various products of Amul from Anand Plant to other

plants in India. Execute the plan of action received from the GCMMF for transferring Amul products from Anand

& Khatraj plants to locations like Kolkata, Pune etc as per their monthly requirements. Using SAP; I create & rectify all the stock transfer orders, purchase orders, create reservations,

purchase requisitions, prepare invoices of milk & other products of Amul, passing freight bill of transporters, etc.

Using SAP; I also take care of the entire Army Dispatch starting from inspection by Army Officer, sending the samples to CFL Mumbai for inspection and receiving DI for various destinations. Thereafter, I negotiate with the transporter for various destinations for rates; bifurcate them into a spreadsheet for taking the approvals of GM & MD on the rates finalization. I issue DI to transporters for their destinations and prepare Load Tally, DAIRV, Telegram, Non availability of trucks, Army Forwarding Letter, DAIRV Forwarding Letter etc. I prepare the MIS statements of Army Dispatches at the end of the Month and submit to GM for necessary actions.

I carry out the inspection of all invoices from all our various plant locations and submit to the internal auditor for further action. I play key role to assist the auditors in solving the queries related to invoices.

I pass the freight bills of transporters for product transfers to internal plants, outside locations and various destinations of Army with a thorough check of the fact sheet details like L.R. No., Invoice No. and Quantity of Product etc.

3) Anupam Industries Limited. V. U. Nagar 26/10/07 - 09/12/08 Designation: Assistant [Stores] cum Dispatch Job Profile: I was in-charge of store of Production Unit of my company. I was responsible for the inward,

outward, dispatch of materials and fulfilling the requirements of the contractor. To co-ordinate with every unit of company for maintaining easy availability of materials. I was handling whole steel material of our company like M. S. Plate, Channel, Angel etc. On receipt of the steel material from our main Unit and Suppliers, I check out the challan of steel

material, bifurcate steel material in different Job Orders to different contractors. I also handled loading as well as unloading of all steel material to our other units.

I prepare the fact sheet of all the Job Orders which runs in our unit, I manage all the steel material along with different Job Orders and classify records contractor wise Job Details.

At the end of month I prepared stock sheet data in excel sheet with physical verification. I also maintain stock sheet data in a different Job Order also.

I am well versed on all the matters of our units like handling production matter, parts required for crane at the time of inspection, handling all the electric parts of the crane with different job order.

After completion of crane inspection I use to dismantle the crane parts, managed them for loading & unloading of all the parts of crane and recordkeeping of the parts in Different Job Order.

4) Kaira Can Company Limited, Anand 15/05/06 – 25/10/07 Designation: - Assistant [Stores]Job Profile: I was in-charge of entire Tinplate Category which is the most important part of our company. I

was responsible for the inward and outward of tinplates and to ensure that there is no scarcity of tinplate at any time. I was in live contact with store department for entry into the L. R. or Invoice copy.

I was a key person managing the tinplate audit which is taken monthly by an internal auditor and quarterly by an external auditor.

I thoroughly look after the issuance of the material, its dispatch, loading as well as unloading and arranging the material at proper place and manner.

I took care of dispatch of CANS as per instruction received from the Marketing Department & the dispatch notes issued by the P.P.C. Department to an internal unit or a job worker.

I forward the monthly statements to Accounts Dept, Tinplate Stock to M.D. & G. M., and make Good Receipt Notes of all store items. I am aware of all entries of Material Issuance, Material Return Note & Invoice. We are working on Inventory Management System and prepare all the statement in excel.

5) PAINT PALACE, Anand 01/06/04 – 14/05/06 Designation: - Accounts Executive / AdministratorJob Profile: I took care of all the Book and Ledger Keeping and maintaining the Customer Accounts.
