EDUCATION University of Georgia, Athens, GA 2011 Anticipated Dec 2015 Senior majoring in Computer Systems Engineering Major includes skills in engineering and computer sciences Current GPA - 3.4 Alpharetta High School 2007 - 2011 Obtained a Dual Diploma for engineering Alpharetta Soccer Team (Varsity 2 years) National Honors Society PROGRAMMING AND ENGINEERING SKILLS I have developed broad skills in several computer languages and programs including: AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) C++ Inventor Wolfram Java MS Office Suite EMPLOYMENT Information Technology Internship- SEPTA Summer 2015 I had a summer internship with the main transit company in the city of Philadelphia. I worked both in the office and at several stations around the city providing IT services. This involved both working at a hardware level fixing various problems for users and at a software level getting computers ready to go into service. Dining Hall University of Georgia 2012 - Present I have worked consistently while attending college which has enhanced my time management and prioritization skills. Crazy Joes Fireworks (Seasonal) 2006 - 2013 Started as general warehouse employee. Appointed Inventory Manager in 2010. Crazy Joes is one of the largest firework companies in Missouri and employs over 100 people during the 4 th of July season. MAJOR ENGINEERING PROJECTS Rube Goldberg Machine I led a team that created a 10 step process that planted a seed into a pot of soil by using ramps, pulleys and spring launched screws. Lighted Stair Sensor Designed lighting for a flight of stairs without pushing a button or flipping a switch. This was accomplished with pressure sensors, LED’s, and an Arduino that measured pressure. Inverted Pendulum Project involved a large scale inverted pendulum on a rail and a small scale robot without a restricted rail to implement a feedback control system to keep pendulum upright. Levitator Project Developed a solenoid and feedback system to keep a metallic object hovering at a desired range, including fabricating all the working parts and microcontroller.
